Mitsubishi – “Driving to End Hunger” Campaign
September 1 to October 16

Mitsubishi is back for their fourth annual “Driving to End Hunger” campaign! From September 1-October 16, Mitsubishi will be raising funds for Food Banks Canada. Local dealerships will also host food drives and fundraisers in support of local food banks. Participating dealerships will contact selected food banks directly to coordinate local activations. We invite any local food banks receiving support to share about the support on social media on October 16 or 17. More details can be found on the campaign section of Workplace!

Black Diamond

Black Diamond is teaming up with Food Banks Canada this Thanksgiving season to help increase the quantity of fresh foods distributed by food banks. The purchase of Black Diamond cheese products throughout the entire month of October will support your neighbours in need, from coast to coast to coast. Because we all deserve to share the food we love with the family we love. Especially fresh foods.

Calling all Swifties! We are a dedicated group of Taylor Swift fans, launching a nation-wide initiative to raise $1.3 million for Food Banks Canada. We’re inspired by Taylor’s generosity during the Eras Tour, we’re uniting Swifties across Canada to combat food insecurity and support our neighbours in need.

Whether you’re a concert-goer, a livestream watcher, or simply a fan of Taylor’s music, everyone is welcome to join. Together, we can make a difference for people facing hunger and food insecurity as a music community.

Donate a Car Canada

Donate a Car Canada accepts vehicle donations for Food Banks Canada. Free towing is provided in most areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Food Banks Canada through Donate a Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for Food Banks Canada to benefit. After your vehicle donation is complete, you will receive a tax receipt and Food Banks Canada will put your gift to good use. Please click here to donate a vehicle.

Save the date for October 16th when cookies that taste good and DO good are back! 1$ from everyone’s favorite treat, the Subway cookie, sold on October 16th, will be donated to the Food Banks Canada After the Bell program!

Kernels Popcorn – October 1 – October 31, 2024

Kernels Popcorn’s “Snack & Give Back” Campaign is back! From October 1^st to October 31^st purchase any daily special from a Kernels Popcorn retail mall location across Canada and they’ll donate the equivalent of 1 meal to Food Banks Canada!

Kraft Heinz Canada – September 22 – October 31, 2024

Kraft Heinz Canada’s Groceries for Good campaign runs from September 22 through October 31. When participating Kraft Heinz products are purchased in-store or online Kraft Heinz will donate one meal to Food Banks Canada up to a maximum of 2 million meals. Participating products: any Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Maxwell House and Nabob Coffee, Kraft Peanut Butter and Hazelnut Spreads, Classico Pasta Sauce, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Kraft Dinner Macaroni & Cheese, Crave Frozen Meals, Diana Sauce, Kraft Dressing

Loblaw Feed More Families Holiday Food Drive November 28 – December 24, 2024

The Feed More Families™ Holiday Food Drive takes place November 28 (November 18 in Quebec) to December 24, in Loblaw banner stores across Canada. Customers can donate non-perishable food items in-store to the donation bin or make a monetary donation at checkout wherever Presidents Choice products are sold. 100 percent of food and funds donated in stores are directed to their locally matched food bank.
